  • 1 Cup Apples Chopped
  • 1 Cup Bananas Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Kiwi Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Peaches Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup Grapes
  • 1/2 Cup Oranges
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced-To prevent fruit from turning brown
  • Shredded coconut To taste
  • 6 Oz Plain or vanilla coconut yogurt Optional
  • 1 Tsp Chia or flax seeds


  1. In a large bowl, mix fruit together. Mix and match the fruit combinations and gently add in chia seeds.

  2. Serve on top of the coconut yogurt. Garnish with coconut and serve!
