Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Apples Chopped
- 1 Cup Bananas Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Kiwi Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Peaches Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
- 1/2 Cup Grapes
- 1/2 Cup Oranges
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced-To prevent fruit from turning brown
- Shredded coconut To taste
- 6 Oz Plain or vanilla coconut yogurt Optional
- 1 Tsp Chia or flax seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix fruit together. Mix and match the fruit combinations and gently add in chia seeds.
- Serve on top of the coconut yogurt. Garnish with coconut and serve!
