Power Breakfast: Super Simple Baked Avocado with Egg

I tried to make it on my own attempting to use common sense but didn’t know you had to scoop out each avocado half so it wasn’t working! Read these simple steps and enjoy a protein-packed, energizing breakfast. It is dairy- free, gluten-free, grain-free… why wouldn’t you try it?
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Eggs
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit.
- Scoop out approx. 2 TBS of avocado in each half. Place in baking pan.
- Crack 1 egg in each half.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 min.
