Neck Pain

Weight Loss

"I have just completed my 12th week on the weight loss detox program.  Initially, I was looking for something that had a nutritionally sound basis and would help with weight loss.  Over the years, I have tried and not been very successful with many diet plans.  I see now that I needed to be looking at a "live-it" plan instead.  Over the last three months, I have experienced weight reduction, 42 pounds.  I attribute that to a combination of proper nutrition, exercise 3 times a week with the WAVE, as well as regular exercise on the days when I am not doing the WAVE.  The results extend far beyond the obvious physical impact.  I have brought my blood pressure down to normal limits and have had my medication decreased by half.  My resting heart rate is lowered to normal guidelines for my age and activity level.  I have also experienced a radical decrease in pain intensity in my arthritic joints as I have lost weight.  Finally, as a lifelong migraine sufferer, I am experiencing relief without medication.  Up to three months ago, migraine incidents occurred as often as 2 or 3 times a week.  I have had 3 migraines in the last 90 days, and the duration of each lasted no more than a few hours with none of the debilitating affects I have suffered for years.  I appreciate the support I have received from the staff at Living Health Chiropractic.  They are enabling me to achieve a more productive quality of life."
