No-Bake Paleo Fudge Brownies

Get your chocolate fix in with these no-bake Paleo Fudge Brownies!

Servings: 9 squares

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups raw almond butter may substitute with cashew or walnut butter
  • 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup organic grade B maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil liquefied
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except for cacao nibs, in a food processor and process until a smooth mixture forms.

  2. Line a small container with some parchment paper.

  3. Transfer the mixture into the container and spread it into an even layer.

  4. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and/or chopped nuts on top.

  5. Cover container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours to set. Cut into squares and enjoy! Keep the brownies in the freezer until serving time.
